Artwork

Artwork can be accepted in two ways:

1. Submit your postcard art on a Mac or PC disk, in PageMaker, QuarkXPress or a high-resolution PDF file, along with a hard copy of both sides. Include all links and fonts. Files must be ready for film output. We will add the postal indicia if you plan to use our mailing service. If you are doing your own mailing, make sure to include the postal indicia in your artwork.

OR

2. Submit a color photo for the front and up to 75 words for us to typeset on the back. If you have a particular font you would like us to use, let us know the name of the font or send us a printed sample and we will try to match it as closely as possible.

Regardless of how art is submitted, the mailing panel of the postcard (the right half of the back side) must be clear of all text or art except for the postal indicia which we will add to the final artwork. Background for the address and barcode must be white.

Proofs

When art is provided on disk, we will e-mail you a PDF file as a proof. Please check the proof and e-mail us with an approval.

If a color photo and copy for typesetting are provided, a PDF will be e-mailed to you and we will match the color of the original photo as closely as possible. It is important that you select high quality photos or transparencies for the best reproduction.

Delivery

Your postcards will be shipped two weeks after receipt of complete artwork or electronic files
